One of the rules of the 30 Day Cardio Challenge is to keep track of everything you eat.

We highly recommend you use myfitnesspal for the 30 Day Cardio Challenge, as a free resource for you to be accountable to yourself and to the movement. They even have fully functional mobile apps.

With myfitnesspal you get:

  • A Food Diary so you can track your food (and the calories, fat, carbs & protein)
  • An Exercise Diary so you can log all of our Challenge work outs (and the amount of calories you burn)
  • Free mobile apps for iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows Phone and Blackberry (So, there’s no excuse.)

We will be checking on your progress throughout the 30 Day Challenge. This will be a simple point of reference that you can use to stay plugged into the movement.

The most important component of getting in shape is changing how you live, including the things you eat and your schedule. Making all of these changes will be a huge challenge in itself, but you must be strong. Don’t give up and go back to your old routine.

Daily changes and small victories are the keys to achieving a more fit and healthy lifestyle. Please note that this Challenge isn’t a weight loss program, but you may end up losing weight as a result of the changes in your diet and increased physical activity level.
