Hey, grab your partner or a workout buddy and have fun with today’s Couples Partner Workout…

+ Start With a 3 Minute Run/Jog in Place

+ Perform The Following Exercises:

  1. Partner Clap Pushups (14 Reps)
  2. High-Knees (30 seconds)
  3. Straight Leg Heel-Taps (14 Reps)
  4. Partner Sit-Ups (14 Reps)
  5. Partner Squats (14 Squats)
  6. Partner Push (30 seconds)
  7. Partner Tricep Dips

+ Repeat For a 2nd Set
